  • Pet Deposit: $150.00 (refundable)
  • Pet Fee: $100.00 (non-refundable)
  • Monthly Pet Rent (per pet): $10.00 for 10 lbs. and under and $20.00 for 11 lbs. to 20 lbs.
  • All pets must be 20 lbs or under
  • Maximum two (2) pets per unit
